Transfer Station Passes:
Yearly Pass: $30.00
One Day Pass: $10.00
These passes do not include dumping fees and are required for dropping off free items. Passes can only be purchased/paid for at the Transfer Station. Please see the Transfer Station Fee Schedule and list of free electronics, under the resources tab, for more details (FEE SCHEDULE AND LIST OF FREE ELECTRONICS HAS BEEN UPDATED 9/11/2024).

Trash is picked up weekly - Recycling is picked up every other week (Listed as Week A & B).
Holidays that will delay pickups one day each week are New Year's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

How do I get another trash bin?
Please contact the First Selectman's Office to:
- Replace a damaged bin
- Order additional bins (additional cost applies)
- Order a bin for a new dwelling (Certificate of Occupancy required)
