The Fire Commission is responsible for the maintenance and operation of the fire station, equipment & apparatus, as well as the preparation and administration of the Department and its budgets. The Commission appoints the chiefs, the fire marshals and establishes their duties. The Commission consists of six elected members and meets the first Monday evening of every month.
