Bids are invited by the owner of 495 Jackson Street, Thomaston CT. Bids will be received on behalf of the Owner by the Town of Thomaston, First Selectman’s Office, 158 Main Street, Thomaston CT, 06787 until 2:00 P.M., April 14th, 2023, at which time they will be opened and read aloud.
Project Specifications are available at the Town of Thomaston’s First Selectman’s Office, Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9:00 a.m. - 5 p.m., Tuesdays 8:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. and Fridays 8:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m., or at the State of Conn. Dept. of Admin. Services (DAS) website, www.das.ct.gov, State Contracting Portal, Town of Thomaston Solicitation Number 140-PI-17.
Mandatory pre-bid conference: April 7, 2023 @ 9:00 a.m. at 495 Jackson Street Thomaston CT
