Old School next to appear at Summer Concert Series in Thomaston
The Fine Arts Connection of Thomaston continues its 19th year of free summer concerts in the park with a concert by Old School. This concert will be held in beautiful Seth Thomas Park on South Main St., from 7 PM to 8:30 PM on Monday, July 25th. The corporate sponsor for the Summer Concert Series is the Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation. Additional sponsors include the ClockTown Brewing Company and MJM Electric LLC.
A cover band playing the hits from the 70’s, 80‘s and 90‘s…everything you’ve been dying to hear, Old School always lives up to their theme: ”Never Too Old to Rock & Roll”! Their ten-piece line-up includes strong pals, a rock solid rhythm section, and a four-piece horn section lending themselves nicely to favorites from Chicago, Steeley Dan, The Blues Brothers, Van Morrison and more!
Seth Thomas Park is handicap accessible. The Town of Thomaston does not permit liquor in its Parks. Bring your lawn chair or blanket, and prepare to sit back and enjoy the wonder of live music! In the event of inclement weather, this concert will be moved to the Thomaston Opera House, 158 Main St., in Thomaston Town Hall.
