Jeff Fuller & Friends join Summer Concert Series in Thomaston
The Fine Arts Connection of Thomaston continues its 19th year of free summer concerts in the park with a concert by the mellow jazz group, Jeff Fuller & Friends. This concert will be held in beautiful Seth Thomas Park on South Main St., from 7 PM to 8:30 PM on Monday, June 27th. The corporate sponsor for the Summer Concert Series is the Thomaston Savings Bank Foundation. Additional sponsors include Thomaston Pharmacy, and Thomaston Oil & Propane.
Jeff Fuller & Friends builds on the classic jazz trio: Jeff Fuller on bass, Darren Litzie on piano, and Ben Bileilo on drums, with Atla DeChamplain joining as female singer. Since 2013, they have performed a uniquely arranged mixture of original compositions and jazz standards, giving rise to delightful moments of serendipitous exchange. Though they are each individual masters of their instruments – and the entire spectrum of jazz styles – the most fascinating aspect of their shows is the musical conversation that ensues. The result is an emotional, intelligent and lucid story of jazz that carries through from the first note to the last.
Seth Thomas Park is handicap accessible. The Town of Thomaston does not permit liquor in its Parks. Bring your lawn chair or blanket, and prepare to sit back and enjoy the wonder of live music!
