3/24/2021 - Thomaston Vaccination Clinic

On April 14, between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m., Hartford Healthcare, in conjunction with the Town of Thomaston and St. Peter's Trinity Church, will sponsor a Covid-19 vaccination clinic.  The clinic will be in St. Peter's Trinity Church hall located at 160 Main Street, Thomaston.  Parking is available in the parking lot adjacent to the church, library and town hall.  Registration is required!  It is anticipated that the vaccine will be Moderna, with a remote possibility of it being Johnson & Johnson.

Currently, Gov. Lamont has authorized the vaccine to be given to those who are 45 years of age and older.  It is anticipated that the age requirement will drop to 18 years of age and older on April 1.

To register for the clinic by email, please send the following information to dbournival@thomastonct.org:

1)  NAME: Last Name, First Name, Middle Initial;
2)  HOME ADDRESS:  Street, City/Town, State & Zip Code;

4)   SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER:  Last 4 digits only;
5) BIRTH DATE, GENDER, RACE/ETHNICITY;
6) INSURANCE: Primary insurance type and number & secondary insurance, if applicable, type and number;

In the event that you are unable to send an email, you can register by calling the First Selectman's Office at (860) 283-4421.  Email is preferred.

The vaccination is limited to the first 100 Thomaston registrants.  Preference will be given to those who are older and more vulnerable to infection.  We will notify you of your appointment time once the list is finalized and approved by Hartford Healthcare staff.

VACCINATION CLINIC REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED! You may continue to leave us your information in the event that some vaccine remains available due to no shows. We will call you and you will be required to respond and attend immediately.
