As you may be aware with the return of the cooler weather, COVID19 cases have been escalating in Thomaston and Connecticut in general as anticipated. In the Spring/Summer of this year we in town did very well to mitigate and control the spread of the virus by practicing responsible behavior such as wearing masks in public settings and maintaining social distancing as well as other good hygiene measures. I call on you again to employ those safety measures so that we may avoid more draconian measures.
