June 6, 2019 an a Annual Budget Meeting/Town Meeting will be conducted in the Lena Morton Gallery located at 158 Main Street in the Town Hall Complex at 7 p.m... Two items will be voted upon at the meeting:
1. An Inter-local Agreement between the towns of Thomaston and Litchfield concerning road work on Old Smith Road.
2. To vote upon the appropriation of $27,242,206 to defray the expenses of both the Town and the Board of Education for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2019 thru June 3, 2020. This vote will be by paper ballot.
