150th Anniversary Committee

2025 marks the 150th Anniversary of Thomaston! The Committee is in the beginning stages of planning and welcomes your ideas!

“It is our honor to celebrate Thomaston’s history as we embark on the town’s 150th Anniversary. Join us as we promote the vibrant changes downtown, unify our community, and recognize the businesses and residents that make us the gateway to Litchfield County. It’s time for Thomaston."

The 150th Anniversary Committee is an Advisory Committee to the Economic Development Commission and meets on the second Wednesday of the month.
