Bid Information

The Town of Thomaston is providing bid information over the internet for notice of availability and expediency. Bid documents are also made available at the Town Hall as specified in the legal notice published in the local newspapers.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have the current information, that it is complete, and that your bids are received at the designated location complete and on time.

THOMASTON CENTER SCHOOL HEATING AND VENTILATION

Thomaston Public Schools will be receiving sealed bids from qualified contractors for Heating and Ventilation Work at the Thomaston Center School. Complete bid specifications and drawings may be ordered directly from Joseph Merritt & Company, 488 Watertown Ave., Waterbury, CT.  Drawings must be ordered in advance.  Click here for Order Form.   Drawings are available for VIEWING ONLY, in Town Hall Treasurer's Office. Sealed bids will be received by Susan Costa, Finance Director, Thomaston Town Hall, Treasurer’s Office,158 Main Street, Thomaston, CT 06787 until 1 PM on June 20, 2008. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 9 AM on June 10, 2008 at the Thomaston Center.
